Shipping Policy

At Lladro Barcelona we deliver worldwide. The total cost of the shipment will be calculated during the processing of the order. Every item we ship comes in its original box. We use professional packaging materials and comply with all the rules and indications of the courier company to minimize any risk of damage to the product during shipment.

All our shipments require a signature in order to be delivered.  We will keep you informed of the status of your order, from the payment process until you receive your purchase.  You can also track your order personally through the courier company’s website by using the tracking number we provide at the time we send you your order.

We use a certified shipping system that also includes damage and breakage insurance during the journey of shipments. Please do not accept any packages that have been visibly tampered with.

Shipments made in Spain will have a delivery time of 2-3 working days, while the delivery time for shipments made to the countries of the European Union will be 5-7 working days. Shipments for other countries in the world will have a delivery time of between 10-15 working days, depending on the country of destination.

Similarly, shipments to certain countries may be subject to customs management and/or import charges.  These expenses are not included in the amount of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.

All our shipments require a signature in order to be delivered.  Please make sure that the address you give us is the address you will find yourself at the time of delivery (home or work).  If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a failed delivery notice with a phone number and you can arrange delivery for a more convenient time. 

Please note that some orders may be subject to security controls, which may cause shipping delays.  We may also need to contact you to carry out these checks – if we cannot contact you through the data you provide, we will not be able to fulfill the order in time.

All products are inspected before shipment.  Claims for damage caused during shipment will be covered by insurance as long as we are informed ON THE SAME DAY you receive the order.  Claims made after this period will not be covered by insurance.

As a rule we do not offer express shipments to destinations outside Spain.  However, if you can’t wait to receive your order, you can contact our Customer Service by calling us on +34 934 23 26 54 or via an email to and we will be happy to arrange express shipments as long as possible, at an additional cost.

All transactions will be processed in Euros (€).
