Lladro Barcelona guarantees your complete satisfaction with our products and services.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in days from receipt of the order or exchange them for others: provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

For the return of any item:

1. Fill out the Withdrawal Form that you will have available in the order confirmation mail that we send you at the time of purchase, and send it to us by mail to hola@lladrobarcelona.com, notifying us of your intention to return the item, always within 3 days from the time of purchase.
2. Securely pack products using the box and packaging you received your order with.
3. You have 5 days from receipt of the order, to return any product with which you are not satisfied. Lladro Barcelona will bear the cost of returning the products you receive damaged, defective or incorrect. In any other case, you will be responsible for arranging the return and taking care of any expenses you incur to perform it. We recommend that you use a certified and insured shipping system, as we will not be responsible for any product we do not receive.
   Please note that we will not refund any customs and/or import charges you may have incurred.

4. Once we have received the product, we will contact you to confirm receipt of the package.  Any unauthorized return or exchange will be returned to the sender.  Return requests made outside the stipulated 3-day period will be accepted at the discretion of Lladro Barcelona.
5. The returned product will be subject to quality control.  You will only receive a refund if the product received is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
