Lladró Barcelona ships worldwide. Shipments made in Spain will have a delivery time of 2-4 working days, while the delivery time for shipments made to the countries of the European Union will be 5-9 working days. Shipments for other countries in the world will have a delivery time of between 10-18 working days, depending on the country of destination.
 

Shipping costs depend on cost of the order and the shipping address. In some cases no shipping costs are applied. Add the products you wish to your shopping cart and you will automatically see the final price including shipping costs, if any.

You can receive your order at the address you choose, but not at a post office box. In addition, the shipping address may be different from the invoice address.
 

Yes, but in this case the price is updated to adjust to possible differences in customs and taxes applied by the country to which the order is shipped. The shipping costs will also be those applied in the country where the delivery is shipped.

If you choose the “Gift wrapping” option during the purchase process, your order will be wrapped especially without any additional cost and you can also include a personalized gift note.
 
You have the option to pay by credit/debit card, or a bank transfer. During the process of processing your order you must enter a payment method to be able to place your order.
 

Yes, all you have to do is provide the name and tax number of your company during the purchasing process or when registering on the web. We will send it to you by email, but you can also enter your account and print it directly from your order whenever you wish. Please ensure that the details are correct because once the invoice is issued, we will be unable to rectify it

No, you can place an order without registering on our website, but we like to remind you that creating an account you will receive additional benefits, such as the ability to save a shipping address card, track your order and make a list of your desired products.

If your order is destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or a country that is not in the European Union, it may be subject to customs and/or import handling charges. These costs are not included in the amount of your order and as the recipient are your responsibility.

In the unlikely case that you return your order, remember that you may request a refund from the relevant authorities for any customs and/or import duties that you have paid. Also, please note that customs authorities have the right to inspect and open any package.

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been sent, therefore please ensure you provide a suitable address for the specified delivery address.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 7 days of receipt for your choice of exchange or a full refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

We remind you that you will be responsible for any costs incurred during the return process. We recommend that you use a certified and insured shipping system, as we will not be responsible for any product that we do not receive.

We accept returns of products with defects or that have been damaged during shipping. If your product has a defect, you must notify us as soon as possible. If your product has been damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To return a product all you have to do is send us an email to e-hola@lladrobarcelona.com and our Customer Service Department will inform you of the steps to follow. Because of the handmade process of creation, small differences in color or form between one piece and another in the same model are not considered to be defects.
