At Lladro Barcelona we deliver worldwide.<\/span>\u00a0The total cost of the shipment will be calculated during the processing of the order.<\/span>\u00a0Every item we ship comes in its original box.<\/span>\u00a0We use professional packaging materials and comply with all the rules and indications of the courier company to minimize any risk of damage to the product during shipment.<\/span>

All our shipments require a signature in order to be delivered.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0We will keep you informed of the status of your order, from the payment process until you receive your purchase.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0You can also track your order personally through the courier company\u2019s website by using the tracking number we provide at the time we send you your order.<\/span>

We use a certified shipping system that also includes damage and breakage insurance during the journey of shipments.<\/span>\u00a0Please do not accept any packages that have been visibly tampered with.<\/span>

Shipments made in Spain will have a delivery time of 2-3 working days, while the delivery time for shipments made to the countries of the European Union will be 5-7 working days.<\/span>\u00a0Shipments for other countries in the world will have a delivery time of between 10-15 working days, depending on the country of destination.<\/span>

Similarly, shipments to certain countries may be subject to customs management and\/or import charges.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0These expenses are not included in the amount of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.<\/span><\/p>

All our shipments require a signature in order to be delivered.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0Please make sure that the address you give us is the address you will find yourself at the time of delivery (home or work).<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a failed delivery notice with a phone number and you can arrange delivery for a more convenient time.<\/span>\u00a0

Please note that some orders may be subject to security controls, which may cause shipping delays.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0We may also need to contact you to carry out these checks – if we cannot contact you through the data you provide, we will not be able to fulfill the order in time.<\/span>

All products are inspected before shipment.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0Claims for damage caused during shipment will be covered by insurance as long as we are informed ON THE SAME DAY you receive the order.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0Claims made after this period will not be covered by insurance.<\/span>

As a rule we do not offer express shipments to destinations outside Spain.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0However, if you can\u2019t wait to receive your order, you can contact our Customer Service by calling us on +34 934 23 26 54 or via an email to hola@lladrobarcelona.com and we will be happy to arrange express shipments as long as possible, at an additional cost.<\/span>
